We make no representations or warranties about the quality of boarding, pet sitting, dog walking, house sitting, or other services provided by Service Providers (“Pet Care Services”), or about your interactions and dealings with users.
Service providers listed on Business Directory are not under the direction or control of The Pet Care Partnership. Service providers determine in their own discretion how to provide pet care services.
The Pet Care Partnership conducts an initial review of Service Provider profiles and performs insurance and license checks. Pet owners should exercise caution and use their independent judgment before engaging a Service Provider.
Both Pet Owners and Service Providers are solely responsible for making decisions that ensure their own safety and the wellbeing of the pets involved. Pet Owners hold the exclusive responsibility for evaluating a Service Provider’s skills, environment, and suitability before booking.
The Pet Care Partnership is not liable for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages (online or offline) resulting from your interactions with other users of the website. We are not responsible for the actions (or lack of action) of any Pet Owner or Service Provider using our Business Directory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of the website and any subsequent provision of services is done at your sole and exclusive risk.
In the case of a dispute between a Service Provider and Pet Owner, you agree to release the Pet Care Partnership from all claims, demands and damages of every nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. In no event will the Pet Care Partnership be liable for direct or indirect consequences of a Pet Owner or Service Provider failing to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

BUSINESS MEMBERS: ACCOUNT SECURITY
As a Business Member you are provided with a user identification and password for use by the named member only. You must treat such information as confidential. You must not share it with a third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these terms of use.
BUSINESS MEMBERS: PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
When you join as a member online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and via a third party payment gateway, Paypal, payment card information. Payment processing provided by Paypal is subject to the Paypal Payment Services Agreement We will use your information process your request and to confirm your membership. We will also send you a receipt via email. We require this information to process your payment, provide the promised membership services and fulfil our contract with you.
We use the information that you provide to add your business to the Business Directory. We may also ask for proof of business insurance and any licence required for the services that you provide.
We keep your order information for 6 years after purchase. Your personal information associated with membership will then be removed. You can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period if you believe we are not doing so lawfully. Please email us or use the contact form on the website to submit an information request.
